We work out where AI pays in your business, then build it.

Your information

What do we see? Only what you choose to show us.

Here's what we read, what we keep, and what we never do.

What do we promise?

  1. We only read what you choose to show us, and we start with no access at all.
  2. We only use AI providers whose terms rule out training on your data.
  3. Nothing we build sends, replies or deletes without a person approving it.
  4. We keep what we need for the work, and delete it when the work ends or when you ask.
  5. Your information is never shared with another client.
  6. The form collects your name and work email, only so we can reply. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.

How does access work?

In small steps, and you take each one.

Does the first conversation need access?

No. We ask how your week runs, and that's all.

Can we send a sample first?

If you'd like. A week of renewals or a day of the shared inbox is plenty. You pick what to send, and we show you what a result would look like.

What if we go ahead?

We ask to read only what the job needs. A renewal watch needs your client system and service inbox. A cover desk needs your schedule and staff records.

Can it change our records?

No. Read-only means it can look, not act. Where a draft helps, it saves the draft for a person.

Can we switch it off?

On any day. Turning off access stops everything at once, without our help.

What does "a person approves" mean?

Nothing we build sends a message, pays a bill or edits a record by itself. It prepares the work for a named person.

That person reads it and decides. If they do nothing, nothing happens.

What happens when the work ends?

We keep only what the work needs. When it ends, we delete it. Ask sooner, and we delete it sooner.

Still unsure about something?

Ask us in the first conversation. We'd rather you ask than wonder.

Want to talk yours through?

A first conversation is free, runs about an hour and needs no access. It's with one of our co-founders.

Ask for a first conversation

Who replies? A person, usually within one working day.
